Workplace Mediation
We help guide and resolve any form of conflict in a workplace context.
Saving time, money and emotional energy.
-
Disputes and conflict in the workplace can cause a multitude of problems and lead to more conflict and an ongoing cycle of deterioration in relationships and workplace morale. This inevitably ends up costing time and money and performance. Mediation can remedy this.
-
After an initial consultation to determine the nature of the conflict and the suitability for mediation, I meet with the parties individually to ascertain their experience of the situation and then jointly for the actual mediation.
-
My experience as a psychologist separates me from other mediators. I have an acute understanding of human behaviour and the ways in which conflict can occur and how it can be resolved.
