Apollo Psychology is named for the Ancient Greek god of the sun. To the Greeks Apollo was a symbol of life and light. He was also a god of healing and prophecy to whom many turned in times of crisis.

The Greeks themselves were pioneers of Psychology. Applying philosophical principles and early scientific methods to the study of mental health. True progress involves learning from the past and using its lessons to achieve our goals for the future, so Apollo Psychology seeks to remember the ancient origins of the our practice while helping others to look beyond the next sunrise with hope.
