How soon can I make an appointment?
Time limits vary and depend on many factors. I work in an ‘episodic’ manner which helps me to help as many people as I can. Please make contact to discuss your situation.
What if I can't make it to my appointment?
If you need to cancel an appointment please give us at least 48 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged for 50% of the cost of the session.
Please note we also offer telehealth and videoconference sessions if you can’t make it to the office.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash, VISA and Mastercard payments.
Medicare rebates are usually processed within 24 hours.
Do you provide phone consultations?
Yes we do! We also provide video consultations through Coviu. These are a great option if you have difficulty travelling to the office for whatever reason.
How much does a session cost?
A standard consultation is $190
Can I use Medicare?
Yes, although you’ll need a referral from a GP.
The current Medicare rebate per session is $89.65
Do you take Private Health Insurance?
Yes we do. This process will be streamlined in the near future as we integrate with Medipass.
Do you do Workcover?
Yes, Paul is a registered provider for Workcover in both Victoria and New South Wales.
